Great Rooms and Authentic Food: The hotel surprised us with its high standards. The rooms were spacious and one of the biggest we had during our stay in Sri Lanka. The authentic Jaffna cuisine truly brought out the flavors of the area. They also offered a continental breakfast for those who preferred milder options.
Attention to Detail: Some aspects of the hotel could use more attention to detail. The bathroom, although clean, was small with a narrow entrance to the toilet.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. the buffet was fantastic with lots of traditional dishes on offer and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and hot water showers. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. the pool was also a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.
That the breakfast could have been better. the selection was somewhat limited and the food wasn't as fresh as it could have been.

We stayed at a lovely hotel that was really close to the Nallur Kandaswamy temple. the location was perfect, away from the busy city but just a short walk to the temple. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. the bathrooms were large and clean, providing a refreshing experience. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering excellent service. the breakfast had a wonderful spread of local cuisine, and the vegetarian options were a nice touch. it was a great place to stay with fantastic facilities and a convenient location.
The communication with the restaurant staff could have been better, as their level of English was quite low.

The rooms were spacious with large comfy beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel was also very clean, including the spotless bathrooms. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a choice of delicious Indian or Western options. Additionally, the hotel's location was great - really close to the Nallur Kandaswamy temple and with many vegetarian restaurants around. it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of the Nallur Kandaswamy temple. This made it very convenient for me to explore the area and immerse myself in the local culture. Additionally, there were a variety of vegetarian restaurants nearby, which was a big plus for me as a vegetarian traveler.
All was in order, nothing to complain about.
